But, I am finding that having best friends in real life eliminates the need to blog. Also severely cuts into blogging time!

We went camping in Savanna IL, at seven eagles campground. It was such a great campsite, I'd definitely go back. When it is warmer!

I didn't take too many pictures over the weekend because it was too freaking cold to wander too far away from the camper or the campfire!

These things came out of the ground when I pulled my frost killed ornamental sweet potato vines. They are edible, but bitter, so we aren't eating them! There were a lot. These are the ones I saved to photograph.

Miss you too, but it's obvious you've had a fun, busy fall. And those red sweet potatoes remind me of squirming puppies or baby pigs. It's a good thing the potatoes in the store don't look like that, or I'd never be able to eat them!

You have friends in the real world? Hmmm, that's a very interesting concept. I might have to give that a try sometime.

The idea of a "bitter" potato doesn't appeal to me either. But they are crazy looking! It has been a fun summer and fall, time is going too fast though!
