Insomnia, so here are some blizzard pics from Wisconsin
Feb. 6th might be a record breaker for us! It snowed approximately 24 hours straight. The pictures I took today do not do the depth justice. Well, until you see the doors.
The picture above is looking outside our front door. You can see that it is snowing during this shot wayyy off in the distance.
I had to take this picture from inside the laundry room. I tried to open the door to the deck, but it was drifted shut. I figured maybe I could open the window and just stick the camera outside to get an outside shot of this next picture, but there was a chair against the window (we have casement windows) and I couldn't open that either.
When I went to let the dogs out around 6 tonight, well, they took a look at this and 3 of the 4 turned around to head back into the house. My oldest Duffy just plowed right through, then the rest followed. He had to blaze the trail for the youngsters. I didn't have the camera when I let them out dangit, but here is a shot of the back door.
It was up to my kneecaps! I'm sure glad I don't have to go outside to potty.
Here's a picture I took out the sunroom window just to see what would happen:
More pictures to follow tomorrow when I can get out!

Keep warm and dry.
For once, I'm glad to be here, where we have no more than a couple of inches. Poor, poor dogs. Please stay warm!
